Email Notifications for Customer’s Payment Method Updates

In the context of e-commerce subscriptions, whenever a customer updates their payment method for a subscription order, an email notification is sent to inform them of the successful update. This ensures that the customer is aware that their future subscription orders will be processed using the new payment method.

After a customer changes the payment method and clicks Confirm, this email will be sent to the customer.

Email Introduction

1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Settings > Notifications.
   
   
   
2. Locate the Customer email notification > Customer’s payment method section, click Updates on customer's payment method to edit the email template if need to.
   
   
   

   Note: This section appears after the Subscription app is installed.

3. This email informs customers about the updated payment method, ensuring that all subsequent subscription contracts can be paid using this new method. You have the option to customize this email template to better fit your branding and communication style.
