Email Introduction
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Settings > Notifications.
- Locate the Customer email notification > Customer’s payment method section, click Updates on customer's payment method to edit the email template if need to.
Note: This section appears after the Subscription app is installed. - This email informs customers about the updated payment method, ensuring that all subsequent subscription contracts can be paid using this new method. You have the option to customize this email template to better fit your branding and communication style.
