Because SHOPLINE Payments is natively integrated with your store, you can view your payouts directly in the SHOPLINE admin.
In Hong Kong, the payout details are as follows:
- The payout period varies depending on different payment methods. For example, the payout period for credit cards is T+5 (E.g. T-day: January 3, 2022 + 5 business days = January 10)
- Minimum payout amount: HK$ 500
| Payment method | Settlement period | ||||||
| Credit card |
|
||||||
| Alipay | T+5 | ||||||

| Bank transfer FPS | Typically T+1, but may vary depending on the risk exposure by merchant level. | ||||||
| Note: It usually takes another 1-3 working days for funds to reach your bank account, depending on the back's processing time. |
