Feature Description
Mail Editor supports the Arabic reading experience (RTL, mirroring, and so on).
- Arabic and English are different in the reading direction. When you edit the email template using Arabic, the text is mirrored. When there are numbers in the text, the words are mirrored, while the numbers are not mirrored. When there are symbols on one side of the number, the words are mirrored, while the numbers are not mirrored, with the symbols on the other side of the number (currency symbols are not mirrored).
Note: Digit-only email addresses are not recommended. When you enter a digit-only email address, it will be mirrored in the email. For example, 1234567890@abc.com will be mirrored as abc.com@1234567890. |
- When you edit Arabic environment emails, you need to pay attention to the email subject, email content, rich text, buttons, and product list interface. The buttons are mirrored, and the text is arranged in the opposite direction.
- On the preview page, you can change the alignment of the Email body and Rich text components. After users apply changes, your settings prevail.
- The title, product image, name, quantity, and other information are moved to the right side, and the charging details and prices are mirrored, while the numbers are not.
