Managing Knowledge Base
You can upload materials for AI based on the ChatGPT model to learn. After learning, AI will automatically generate FAQs that your customers may ask. The materials you upload are only used for AI model training and can be removed from the AI model at any time after uploading. SHOPLINE will not use your materials for any other purposes. For detailed instructions on managing the knowledge base, please refer to Enhancing Content Library with AI.
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > Channels > Messages > Chat Assistant > Content Library.
- Upload Knowledge Base:
- Click the AI Content Suggestions button in the content library to enter the knowledge base management page.
- Select Manage Database > Add Data and upload your local knowledge base files. You can upload up to 20 files
- Content Upload Status: The status of material parsing includes Processing the data, Data analysis failed, and No status shown (successfully analyzed).
Apply AI Content Suggestion
- FAQ Content Suggestion: Go to Content Library and click on AI content suggestion, the AI model will automatically generate FAQ articles based on the content you upload.
- Applicable Content Suggestions: Up to 8 recommended contents are displayed. AI will deduplicate based on semantic similarity to Ensure non-repetition of content.
- Actions on Recommended Content:
You can click the Add to Content Library icon, Edit icon, or Delete icon.
- Add to Content Library: Directly add the recommended content to your content library.
- Edit: Adjust the content of the FAQ and save it to the content library.
- Delete: Remove content from the suggestion list.
