Guide to Order Invoice Customization

The Order Invoice Customization app provides multiple templates and mature template customizer features. It enables you to download or print professional order invoices and pick lists according to your business needs.

Customizing Invoice and Picking List Template

There are two procedures for customizing the order invoice and picking list by using the App in total: first, choose a template; second, customize the invoice and picking list using invoice customizer.

Choosing a Template

The first step of customizing the order invoice and picking list is to choose a template. You can click Template management and then click Add a template to choose a template.

Customizing the Invoice Template

To customize an order invoice template, click Invoice Template and then click Add a template to choose a template.


 

Customizing the Picking List Template

To customize a picking list template, click Picking list template and then click Add a template to choose a template.

The following templates are supported for customizing the order invoice and picking list. You can choose a template based on your business needs.

 

Customizing the Invoice and the Picking List by Invoice Customizer

After choosing a template, you can customize the invoice and the picking list by invoice customizer. You can view the effects of enabling or disabling configuration items in the preview area on the right side.

To customize store information and company information, you need to first go to Basic settings to fill in the information.

Downloading and Printing the Invoice and Picking List Template

After the invoice/ picking list template is ready, the next step is to select downloading or printing the order in the Order List module according to your needs. Currently, single-item download and print as well as batch download and print are supported for invoices/picking lists.

Email Automation

The email automation feature enables you to send your order invoices to your buyers. With the feature, you can add the download link of the order invoice to a SHOPLINE notification sent to your buyer. To use the feature, you can follow the guide on the page.

Downloading Invoice at User Center

To enable your customers to download order invoices directly at the User Center, you can use the User Center Invoice Download feature. To use this feature, you need to go to Basic settings - Theme settings - App Embedding and enable invoice download.

Enable Order Invoice Download app embeds.

By enabling this configuration, buyers can download the invoices for their orders in User Center - Orders.
