Exporting Order Reports from Livestreams
Draft order converts to orders when the customers complete the payments. You can export the record containing these orders. This data helps you with tasks like order sorting, picking, and shipping.
Exporting the Order Report
The report will be exported and sent via email, and you can download it from your inbox. To ensure the receipt of the report, the person who performs this operation must have a valid email address registered in the admin.
To download the report:
- After the livestream ends, go to the Message Management tab in the livestream studio, and click through Export > Order report in the upper right corner.
- Upon confirmation, the system will automatically begin the export.
- The report will be sent to your inbox when it’s ready. Login to your email account and download the report.
Understanding the Fields
The following is a list of fields in the report, along with their detailed descriptions. Please note that the livestream orders and the data within are aggregated in the Draft order section of the admin panel. Modifying or deleting data in the Draft order section may result in inaccurate data in the report exported from the livestream studio.
Field Name | Description |
Livestream name | The name of the livestream you created. |
Livestream channel | The live streaming channel you selected. The values are Facebook and Instagram. |
Page number | The fan page ID linked in this livestream. |
Page name | The name corresponding to the fan page ID. |
User number | The ID of the user interacting with you on the social network platform. |
User name | The name of the user interacting with you on the social network platform. |
Telephone number |
The phone number of the user interacting with you on the social network platform. The system prioritizes obtaining data based on the following order: the customer's registered phone number on SHOPLINE > the phone number of the customer's shipping address > AI-recognized phone number in the livestream messages > no phone number. |
Combine lifestream orders | The Combine orders from multiple stream studios option you set up during livestream creation. It shows yes If the setting is turned on; otherwise, it shows no. |
Order number | The number generated for the customer's order. It’s not the order ID. |
Status | The status of the order ID. The statuses are either Processing or Canceled. |
SKU name | The unique name of the product variant/SKU included in the order ID. Each product variant/SKU occupies one row. |
Product name | The name of the product included in the order ID. |
Keyword |
The keywords for the product included in the order ID. Note: If you turn on the Combine orders from multiple stream studios setting, one order may contain products from different livestreams. For products not from this livestream, this field is empty. |
Quantity | The quantity of the product included in the order ID. |
Price | The total amount, that is, the product's selling price multiplied by the quantity. |
Order Attribution
An order/draft order is attributed to a place based on where its data is created or modified for the last time. This logic applies across sales channels and within the same channel. This will affect the data to be included in your report. For example, when you create or modify an order/draft order from Message in the livestream studio, this order/draft order will be attributed to Live Shopping and therefore included in the data exported from the livestream, instead of Message.
For the same sales channel, say livestream shopping, you can modify a customer’s order/draft order in any of your livestreams, leading to this order/draft order being attributed to the last livestream where you made changes. When you download the reports from a livestream, those orders/draft orders not attributed to this livestream will not be included.
Below are a few examples that the attribution is changed and the data included in the report changes as well.
- If the Combine orders from multiple stream studios setting is enabled for a livestream, multiple livestreams will share the same draft order ID. This draft order may thus have products from different livestreams. You can modify the draft order in any of the livestreams, but the entire data will be attributed to the last livestream where you made changes.
- Orders/draft orders you create for customers in a livestream won’t be attributed to that livestream. The exported reports don’t include these orders/draft orders.
