Deleting Draft Orders for Livestream Sales
After a livestream ends, customers may not proceed to checkout and complete the payments for their draft orders, leading to lots of open draft orders in the Orders section of your SHOPLINE admin. If you no longer wish to maintain these draft order data, you can delete these open draft orders to remove them.
How to Delete Open Draft Orders
Deleting open draft orders is only supported for livestreams created with Only draft order mode. It is not applicable to livestreams created with Only shopping cart mode.
To delete the draft orders, follow these steps:
- After the livestream ends, go to the livestream studio and switch to the Message Management tab.
- In the message list section, click More actions > Delete draft orders to the right of the search box.
- Choose the draft order you wish to delete. There are two options: Delete customers' open draft orders in current livestream and Delete customers' open draft orders in all livestreams. Choose an option and click Confirm to delete. The system will automatically begin the deletion of data.
Option Description Delete customers' open draft orders in current livestream For customers who have left any message in this livestream, if their draft order is attributed to the livestream and the order status is Open, these draft orders will be deleted.
Note: Only data that is attributed to the Live Shopping sales channel is deleted.
Delete customers' open draft orders in all livestreams For customers who have left any message in this livestream, their draft orders across all your livestreams in the Live Shopping sales channel, with the status being Open, will be deleted.

- A prompt will appear in the upper right corner, indicating the deletion is in progress. After successful deletion, a prompt will appear notifying you of the successful deletion.
Considerations
- After data deletion, you may encounter errors when exporting data. The information in your exported reports may be incomplete or inaccurate.
- Draft orders created directly in the Message channel can’t be deleted in the livestream studio if that order is not attributed to the livestream. If you want to delete draft orders created in the Message channel, please do so in the Message channel.
