Third-Party Payment Service Providers

If you are not using SHOPLINE Payments and want to enable credit card payments, you can choose from various third-party payment service providers. Each store can only have one provider at a time.

SHOPLINE supports two types of credit card payment service providers: direct payment providers and external providers (direct providers can be activated instantly, while external providers require the installation of a credit card application). Regardless of your chosen service provider, customers can purchase directly from your online store without going through a third-party checkout.

When customers use a third-party provider's payment method to buy products from your stores, there may be trade fees. The specific rates are determined by the third-party service provider.

What are Third-Party Payment Service Providers?

Third-party payment refers to a transaction support platform provided by independent third-party organizations that have signed contracts with major banks in the country of products and internationally. These organizations possess the necessary strength and credibility guarantees. In transactions facilitated by third-party payment platforms, customers can select products and make payments using the account provided by the platform. Upon receipt of payment, the third party will notify you of the shipment. After customers inspect the items, they can notify the payment to be made to you, and then the third party transfers the funds to your account.
