Order report contains information about the number of orders across your sales channels, the number of products ordered and returned, the shipping status, and the duration of shipments.
There is a 90-minute delay with the data in these reports. Report data will be updated when you reopen or refresh the report. There are four order reports under the section Orders in Analytics, listed below.

Display Orders by Time Range
The trend in the number of orders across the date range and sales channels you selected is displayed. You can view the number of orders, average units ordered, average order amount, and the returned quantity from the drop-down tab in the upper left order of the report. You can compare order data with that in the previous period or the same period last year by selecting Compare to previous date/Previous year. You can specify the line chart you want to see, mark the date range with a solid blue line, and the benchmark date range with a dotted blue line by hovering over the legend below the line chart. This report uses the following metrics:
Metric | Definition |
Orders | The number of orders successfully created. |
Average units ordered | The average quantity of items per order, which is the quantity of ordered products divided by the number of orders. |
Average order amount | The average value per order is the sales amount divided by orders. |
Returned quantity | The total quantity of products returned, including the quantity of products reduced through order editing, the quantity of products deleted, and the quantity of products successfully returned. |
Product Orders and Returns
The quantity of products ordered, the returned quantity, and the return rate across the date range and sales channels you selected are displayed.
From the drop-down tab, you can choose to display the bar chart by top-ordered products, by top-returned quantity products, or by top-returned rate products. This report uses the following metrics:

Ordered products | The total quantity of items ordered when the transaction is valid, including the quantity of items added during order editing. |
Returned quantity | The total quantity of products returned, including the quantity of products reduced through order editing, the quantity of products deleted, and the quantity of products successfully returned. |
Return rate | This is the Returned quantity divided by the Ordered products. |
Fulfillment over Time
The number of fulfilled orders across the date range and sales channels selected.
You can compare the Fulfilled orders with those in the previous period or the same period last year by selecting Compare to Previous date/Previous year. You can specify the line chart you want to use, mark the date range with a solid blue line, and the benchmark time period with a dotted blue line by hovering over the legend below the line chart. Fulfilled orders | The total number of orders that shipped in whole or in part. |
Fulfillment Time
The fulfillment time of fulfilled orders across the date range, sales channels, shipping companies, and shipping cities is displayed. This report uses the following metrics:

Fulfillment Time | It is the time when an order status was changed to partially shipped or shipped minus the time when the order was successfully created. |
