How to Authorize an Amazon Store
- Go to SHOPLINE App Store, find and install the Multichannel Connect app.
-
In your SHOPLINE admin panel, Multichannel Connect becomes one of the Channels. Open it and go to the Settings tab > Store management.
-
Click Add store in the upper right corner.
-
In the Select channel pop-up window, choose Amazon and click Authorize.
-
Confirm that the Amazon store meets the authorization requirements, and click Next.
-
Select US from the Sites dropdown menu, enter a custom name in the Store name field, and click Authorize. The store name is for your identification in the App and can therefore be different from the Amazon store name.
-
The Amazon sign-in page opens in a new tab. Enter your Amazon store’s account and password, and click Sign in.
-
After successful authorization, Multichannel Connect will automatically synchronize Amazon orders from the past 90 days and all products. You can also check the synchronization progress in the Task Center of Products/Orders module.
Managing Authorized Stores
Once you've authorized your channel stores, you can manage them in Settings > Store Management. Here's what you can do:
- Visit store: Click the link icon to open your channel store directly.
- Edit name: Click the pencil icon to change the store name displayed within the app.
- Re-authorize: Each channel API returns different validation time for store tokens which you can view in the Expire Date column in the store list. To avoid service disruptions, click the refresh icon to re-authorize before it expires or if you change your store login password.
- Delete: Click the trash bin icon to remove the store from the app when you no longer need it connected.
