Store Credits Payment
If you're using SHOPLINE's Member System, you can set up store credit issuance rules based on member spending behavior and establish dedicated membership plans. Conveniently, SHOPLINE POS integrates these earned credits for in-store purchases, instantly reducing the final bill amount.

Checking Customer Store Credits
- Open the SHOPLINE POS app and tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner.
- Select Customer to access the customer details page.
- Search for the customer by name or email.
- Under Customer assets, you can find the customer's store credit balance.
- You can further click on the credit value to view the transaction history.
Note: Store credits are valuable customer assets. Handle them with care to avoid potential disputes. |
Redeeming Store Credits at Checkout
- After adding items to the cart, tap Add customer to associate the customer, then click Pay.

- The customer's available store credit will be displayed on the checkout page. Tap Credits to proceed with the redemption.
- Confirm the total redemption credits in the pop-up window and click Complete.
- If the credits cover the entire order amount, the transaction is complete. Otherwise, choose another payment method for the remaining balance.
Note: Customers cannot partially use store credits. The credits must be redeemed in full for a purchase, up to the order amount. Any remaining credit will stay in their account. |
