Enabling AI-powered Identification and Categorization of Comment Intents
When hosting a livestream, do you want someone to summarize customers’ reactions to your livestream for you in real time? Now, you got your personal assistant—well, a virtual one! SHOPLINE introduces the AI Identifies Comment Intent feature. The AI automatically identifies customers’ comments and determines their intents, providing real-time insights so that you can instantly gauge the sentiment and intent of customer comments and adapt your responses and strategies on the spot if needed.
The Display of Categorization Results in the Livestream Studio
When customers leave comments during a livestream, the AI identifies and categorizes them, and your livestream studio labels them with corresponding tags: Purchase Intent, Inquiry, Positive Review, or Negative Review. As we continue optimizing our AI to improve its accuracy, you may find some comments are not identified or miscategorized. Please take the categorization as a reference.
At the top of the Instant message pane, we also provide a summary bar that displays the count of each category. Clicking the category tags allows for filtering the comments. The system will display comments of that specific category.
Note: Currently, this feature supports the identification and categorization of English and Chinese comments only. |
Enabling or Disabling This Feature
The feature is enabled by default. You can turn it off for a specific livestream or all livestreams.
Disabling this Feature for a Specific Livestream
If you want to disable this feature for a specific livestream, go to the livestream studio and click the "AI" button in the upper right corner of the Instant message pane. In the pop-up window, turn off the Enable AI identifies comment intent toggle, and the livestream studio will no longer show both the summary bar and the categorization tags under each comment.
Disabling this Feature for All Livestreams
If you want to disable this feature for all livestreams, go to the homepage of the Live Shopping channel, scroll down to the Settings section, and click the Set button next to AI Identifies Comment Intent. In the configuration page, turn off the toggle. Once it is disabled, all the future livestreams are created with the AI identification feature turned off by default, but you still have the option to turn it on individually. Livestreams created before this feature being turned off remain unaffected and still have it enabled by default.
