Introduction to Leads

 

Leads refer to partners contributing leads to the platform. When potential customers become paid customers of SHOPLINE, partners are eligible for commissions. After submitting a lead, partners can seek additional support from SHOPLINE, such as business introduction materials, product training, and more.

You can create leads in the partner portal when you have the following three types of potential customers:

  • Intention to subscribe to SHOPLINE store packages
  • Intention to subscribe to SHOPLINE POS packages
  • Intention to subscribe to SHOPLINE Smartpush packages

Create Leads

Go to Partner Portal and click on Referrals > Leads.

You can create different types of leads based on the intentions of potential customers. Each type of lead requires filling in customer information and company details.

You need to provide the Contact details of potential customers as well as Company info, and ensure the authenticity of the contact and customer information.

 


 

Fill in Lead’s Business Information

After you have completed the filling of potential customer contact information and company details, different types of leads will require the input of various business information. You can try to provide as much comprehensive information about the business opportunity as possible, as this will greatly assist SHOPLINE in reviewing the leads and preparing relevant sales and training materials. 

Once all business opportunity details have been filled in, click Submit to complete the lead creation.

 


 

Check Lead’s status

After your leads have been created, SHOPLINE will review the lead based on its validity and uniqueness. Following the lead approval, SHOPLINE will track the customer conversion progress. You can check the status of the lead on the lead list page.

You can click on the business name on the lead list page to view the specific details of the lead.

Next Step

After your lead is created, SHOPLINE may assign a sales representative to follow up based on the country/region of your potential customer. The sales representative will contact you through various channels, including but not limited to phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.

Selecting Whether Sales Assistance is Needed in your lead does not imply that SHOPLINE's sales personnel will not contact you. This option may be used for the commission calculation process after the customer conversion.

Note: This option does not necessarily reflect SHOPLINE's final determination of whether sales were involved in the customer conversion process. The final interpretation of commission calculation amounts is at the discretion of SHOPLINE.
