SHOPLINE Affiliate Program Overview – SHOPLINE Help Center

The SHOPLINE Affiliate Program provides a link-generation tool for global content creators, e-commerce course instructors, and influencers. They can generate links with UTM parameters and showcase these affiliate links across the internet, social media, and offline training. This enables their audience to swiftly create SHOPLINE stores through the affiliate links during their training and education sessions. Simultaneously, they can earn commissions with each successful referral of a new SHOPLINE customer.

With the SHOPLINE Affiliate Program, you can:

Create your exclusive affiliate links
Generate affiliate links with UTM parameters for performance tracking in various scenarios and channels, including sales performance management
Monitor conversion data
Download preset QR codes and posters

Terminology Guide

Key Terms	Definition
UTM Parameters	UTM Parameters are a means of monitoring, managing, and evaluating customer acquisition sources. UTM parameters typically consist of five elements: Source Channel (utm_source), Medium of the campaign (utm_medium), Campaign Name (utm_campaign), Specific Content (utm_content), and Keywords (utm_term).
Campaign	Each link with UTM parameters is considered as a “campaign”.
Clicks	The “Clicks” for affiliate links includes the total clicks for all campaigns. Each audience member is counted once per day, regardless of the number of clicks on the homepage.
Trials	The number of registrations through affiliate links to SHOPLINE. The count remains unaffected even after the account’s trial period ends.
Paid Conversion	“Paid Conversion” refers to the number of subscriptions through the invitation link. When a customer subscribes via the affiliate link, any subsequent package upgrades or renewals contribute to the paid conversion count, incrementing it by 1.
Revenue	The commission earned through the affiliate program is calculated in USD, with the system converting subscription amounts from different countries' currencies to USD for uniform calculation.

Join the SHOPLINE Affiliate Program

Go to Partner Portal.

In the left menu bar, select Referrals > Affiliate Program.

Click on Join Now.

Create Affiliate Links

You can create affiliate links with UTM parameters for various scenarios, including:

Managing the campaign effectiveness across different social channels
Managing the campaign effectiveness across online and offline channels
Managing the performance of different sales

Click on Activate an affiliate campaign in the upper right corner, enter details sequentially, and then click Add to generate an affiliate link with UTM parameters.

Note: UTM parameters require at least one entry, but it is recommended to fill in and differentiate the sources based on your actual circumstances.

Generate Campaign Posters and QR Codes

When organizing offline events or displaying designed visuals online for a convenient audience QR code scan to access your affiliate link, you can download our official posters and exclusive QR codes provided for further customization.

Note: Posters and QR codes are available for download for each affiliate link, including those with UTM parameters.

Click View all Campaigns to access the campaign list page. Click on the campaign name to enter the campaign details page.

You can click on Share link to find the official posters and exclusive QR codes provided for further customization.

Conversion Data

You can view conversion data for each Campaign, including Clicks count, Trials registrations, Paid conversions, and Revenue.
