SHOPLINE Payments Multi-Account Collection
When you set up a POS channel for your SHOPLINE store, a SHOPLINE payments account is automatically created. This account can be linked to various payment methods, including SHOPLINE Payments, third-party payments, cash, custom payments, and vouchers.
However, if you need to allow different entities to collect payments for various POS stores, you can leverage the concept of multi-account payment collection. This allows you to create multiple SHOPLINE Payments offline payment accounts under the same SHOPLINE store, and use them to collect payments at different POS stores.
This guide defines SHOPLINE multi-account payment collection and details the steps for its configuration.
Note: Currently, this feature is only supported in AU, US, and SG regions. |
What is SHOPLINE Payments Multi-Account Collection?
SHOPLINE Payments multi-account payment collection enables you to link a SHOPLINE payments account to several separate offline SHOPLINE Payments accounts. Each offline account can be applied for and verified with KYC (Know Your Customer) using a distinct business identity. Your POS stores can then choose to collect payments through different verified SHOPLINE Payments accounts.
