Customer Display
Enhance the checkout experience in your POS stores by setting up a customer-facing display. This display not only increases transparency by showing transaction details, but also allows you to showcase promotional activities, potentially boosting sales.
SHOPLINE POS empowers you to customize the content displayed on this customer-facing display based on each store's needs. Follow this guide to set it up and provide an improved checkout service to your customers.

Connecting the Customer-facing Display
Once you've completed setting up your customer-facing display, you'll need to connect it to the main device running the SHOPLINE POS app. This ensures that the configured display content is applied to the intended customer screen.
Connecting Dual-Display Devices
If you're using a SUNMI T2 or SUNMI T2s POS device, no additional connection is required. The customer display settings will be applied directly to the built-in customer screen of that device.
Connecting Independent Customer Screens
If your customer display device is separate from the main POS device (i.e., not a dual-display POS device like the SUNMI T2/T2s), you will need to connect the main device to the secondary display device.
- Download and install the SHOPLINE POS Display app from the app market on your customer display device.
Notes: - The SHOPLINE POS Display app is only supported on tablets, not on phones or computers.
- The SHOPLINE POS Display app is only supported on Android and iOS systems, not on Windows systems.
- In your POS app on the main device, go to Setting > Hardware management and click Add a hardware.
- Choose Customer display.
- A 4-digit pairing code will appear on the screen.
- On the customer display device, open the POS Display app and enter the 4-digit pairing code to complete the pairing.
Once the code is entered correctly, the connection will be established.
