Benefits of Migration
The SHOPLINE migration tool offers significant benefits for merchants, including synchronizing the Feed ID with the advertising platform to retain the original advertising effects. It requires no technical skills or coding; merchants simply provide an API Token. The tool preserves organic traffic by synchronizing SEO data and maintaining original links. The tool accurately migrates comprehensive product, customer, and order information, including product tags, collections, and detailed order data, enhancing the migration experience.
Before Migration
Please make sure you have registered a store before migration. After creating a store on SHOPLINE, it's important to review your existing store to determine which data and content need to be migrated. This process offers an excellent opportunity to remove outdated or underperforming content and refresh your website's appearance. Consider migrating essential data such as products, customers, historical orders, blogs, and custom pages (e.g., shipping policies, contact information, or About pages) to ensure a seamless transition and enhance the overall look and functionality of your new SHOPLINE store.
Confirming Migration Data Range
Before proceeding with the migration process, it's important to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the data and content you intend to migrate to SHOPLINE.
Ads Data Preparation (if applicable)
If you have previously run advertising campaigns, before migrating the data, make sure you backup all the necessary files to smoothly migrate your advertising data, so the historical performance of your ads is not affected after migrating to SHOPLINE.
