Enabling Quick Order for your B2B Customers (Early Access)
With the Quick Order settings configured in the B2B & Wholesale Solution app, your B2B customers can efficiently add multiple products to their cart at once. By quickly searching for products or uploading a CSV file, they can streamline the ordering process and save time.
This guide will walk you through the steps to configure Quick Order settings and enable your customers to use this feature.

Configuring Quick Order Settings
To enable and customize the Quick Order feature, follow these steps:
- In your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Apps > B2B & Wholesale Solution > Settings > Quick Order settings.
- Configure the following settings:

- Function settings: Toggle the Activated switch on to enable the Quick Order feature.
- Link: Copy the generated Quick Order page link to share with customers as needed.
- Entry point settings: Toggle the Header button switch on to display a Quick Order button at the top of your store for easy access. Customize the button text, style, and redirect behavior as desired.
- Click Update to save your settings.
Adding Products by Searching
Your B2B customers can quickly add multiple products to their cart by searching for product names or SKUs. Here's how:
- Access the Quick Order page using the provided link or by clicking the Quick Order button.
- Click the + Search to Add button.
- Choose the preferred search method: product title or SKU.
- Enter product names or SKUs, adjust quantities as needed, and click Add.
- Once all desired products are added, click Add to cart to proceed to checkout.
Adding Products by Uploading CSV
For even faster product addition, B2B customers can upload a CSV file containing product information. Follow these steps:
- Access the Quick Order page using the provided link or by clicking the Quick Order button.
- Click Upload form to add order/products.
- In the pop-up window, click product batch addition template to download the template. Complete it with the following required information:
Field Description SKU Required. You can add up to 99 SKUs. Regularly maintain SKU information for products and variants in the Products section to ensure data accuracy. Handle Required. The product handle is the unique identifier for a single product. The handle cannot contain spaces; if spaces are present, the system will replace them with "-" for matching. Quantity Required. Only integers between 1 and 999 are allowed.
- Upload the completed CSV file.
- Click Add to cart to proceed to checkout.

Why does adding products fail?
There could be two reasons for this:

- Too many SKUs: The total number of SKUs in your cart, including those added through Quick Order, cannot exceed 99.

Quantity too high: The quantity of a single SKU in your cart, including those added through Quick Order, cannot exceed 999.

Why is the Quick Order page empty when accessed?
To access the Quick Order page, your B2B customers must be logged in to their accounts. Please direct them to log in to view the page.

Why can't Customers find products using Quick Order search?
To ensure accurate search results, please verify that the SKU information for all your products and variants is up-to-date in the Products section.
