After installing the Buy with Prime app and connecting your Amazon account, link your SHOPLINE products to Amazon and enable Prime shipping.
- Obtain SHOPLINE product IDs through the following methods:
-
- Method 1: Copy an individual product ID from the product's details page.
- Method 2: Export a list of product SKU IDs from your SHOPLINE product list.
- Log in to your Amazon account and link the SHOPLINE product IDs to corresponding Amazon product listings. Consult Amazon's support for specific instructions.
- Activate Prime shipping for the linked products on your Amazon platform.
Syncing Inventory Locations
Once products are linked and Prime shipping is enabled, set the inventory location for SHOPLINE products to BwP. Choose between automatic or manual synchronization for inventory locations.
Automatic Sync (Recommended)
By default, the Buy with Prime app automatically sets the inventory location of linked products to Amazon BwP. To verify or adjust this setting:
- In the app, go to Settings > Product settings.
- Ensure that Auto-switch inventory settings is enabled.
Note: If you do not use Amazon BwP as the default location, the product inventory location will follow your store’s settings. |
Manual Sync
If you prefer manual control, you have two options to change the inventory locations:
- Go to the product's settings page and change the inventory location to BwP in the Inventory module.
- Go to the Buy with Prime app > Products > Manage products and manually adjust locations to BwP.
Syncing Inventory Quantities
Synchronize inventory levels between Amazon and SHOPLINE for accurate stock management.
Automatic Sync (Recommended)
For seamless inventory management, it's recommended to enable automatic inventory synchronization. This ensures that SHOPLINE's inventory levels match Amazon's.
- In the app, go to Settings > Product settings.
- Ensure that Auto-sync Amazon inventory with SHOPLINE is enabled.
Note: Once automatic inventory synchronization is enabled, changes to inventory quantities can only be made on Amazon, and they will sync to SHOPLINE. |
Manual Synch
If you prefer manual control, adjust the available inventory quantities in the Buy with Prime app under Products > Manage inventory. Ensure that the available inventory on SHOPLINE is always less than or equal to Amazon's inventory to prevent overselling.
