Designing the Help & Information Page
The Help & Information section of your app is a crucial component for supporting customers, improving their experience, and providing legal and compliance information. You can include FAQs, contact information, and fulfillment policies here. A comprehensive and well-organized Help & Information page helps not only reduce support costs, but build trust with customers.
Once configured, customers can see this section in the My Account tab of your app.
| Note: You must complete the Help & Information setup before publishing your app. |
