Customizing the Copy Shown on the Pages

Have you ever felt that the default messages and prompts on the pages of your app don’t fit the context or your needs? Shopper App gives you the flexibility to customize the text displayed on various pages within your app to better align with your brand's tone.

 

 

Customizing the Copy

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Apps > Shopper App , switch to the App Settings tab, and click Custom Message to begin customizing your messages.

  2. You can customize the copy for the following pages:
    • Product List and Search Result: The copy will be displayed on the page and CTA button when there are no products on the page.
    • Product Details Page: The copy will be displayed on the page, CTA button, and toast (popup message) when the product is out of stock, unavailable, unable to be added to the shopping cart.
    • Wishlist: The copy will be displayed on the page and CTA button when the wishlist is empty.
    • Shopping Bag: The copy will be displayed on the page, page title and CTA button when there are no items in the shopping bag.
