Authorizing Your Zalora Store

Authorizing your Zalora store with Multichannel Connect allows you to:

  • Authorize unlimited Zalora stores.
  • Migrate Zalora products to SHOPLINE or connect existing Zalora products with SHOPLINE products.
  • Import Zalora orders into SHOPLINE, enabling shared inventory between Zalora and SHOPLINE.
  • Automatically cancel Zalora orders when SHOPLINE orders are canceled.
  • Automatically replenish inventory when SHOPLINE or Zalora orders are canceled.

How to Authorize a Zalora Store

Obtain Zalora Authorization Information

  1. Signing in the Zalora SG Seller Center.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integration Management > OAuth Applications, and click Add Application.
  3. Enter a custom Application Name, such as Multichannel Connect (note that this field cannot be edited after saving), and an Authorization redirect URL (which can be edited later if needed). Then, click Save.
  4. Find the application you created, click Edit to access the details page, and copy the Application ID and Application Secret for authorization.

Authorize Zalora Store in the Multichannel Connect

  1. Install the Multichannel Connect app.
  2. Go to Apps > Multichannel Connect > Settings > Store Management, and click Add store.
  3. Select the Zalora channel, and click Authorize.
  4. Confirm that your store meets the authorization requirements, and click Next.
  5. Select Singapore (SG) under Sites, enter the Store name, Application ID, and Application Secret, and click Authorize. Please ensure that all provided information matches the same Zalora store to prevent authorization errors.
  6. After successful authorization, the app will automatically sync orders from the past 90 days and all products. You can track the synchronization progress in the Task Center under Products or Orders.
Notes: 
  • Authorization is currently available only for the Singapore (SG) site. Support for other sites will be provided soon. Please note that only local merchant accounts are supported at this time. 
  • After successful authorization, the Multichannel Connect app will automatically create webhooks for products and orders in Zalora (Path: Settings > Integration Management > Webhooks). These webhooks ensure that the app receives automatic updates whenever products or orders are added, updated, or reviewed in Zalora. Please do not manually disable, edit, or delete these webhooks, as this may prevent you from receiving updates from Zalora.

 


 

Managing Authorized Stores

Once authorized, you can view and manage your Zalora store details in Settings > Store Management. Options include:

  • Visit Store: Click the link icon to access your Zalora store directly.
  • Modify Name: Click the pencil icon to edit the store name displayed in the app.
  • Re-authorize: Click the refresh icon to restart the authorization process.
  • Delete: Click the trash bin icon to remove the store from the app if it is no longer needed.
Notes:
  • A Zalora store can only be authorized to connect with one SHOPLINE store in the Multichannel Connect app. To connect it with a different SHOPLINE store, you must first delete it from the current SHOPLINE store.
  • Deleting a store permanently removes all associated data within the app. Please proceed with caution.
  • If the Channel orders are automatically imported into SHOPLINE feature is enabled, previously imported orders will remain in SHOPLINE even after deleting the Zalora store. Re-authorizing the same Zalora store and re-importing orders with the same Zalora order numbers will result in duplicate SHOPLINE orders. Please proceed with caution.
