Steps to Authorize a Lazada Store

Important Notes Before You Start

  • Unlimited Stores: You can authorize as many Lazada stores as needed to connect with your SHOPLINE Multichannel Connect app.
  • Supported Regions: The supported regions vary for different channels. Learn the supported regions during authorization.
  • Local Account Only: Only the local account associated with your Lazada store can be used for authorization.
  • Network and Device Consistency: For a smoother authorization process, it's recommended to use the same network and computer you typically use to access your Lazada account.
  • Unique Connection: Each channel store can only be authorized for one SHOPLINE Multichannel Connect app. To connect to a different SHOPLINE store, you'll need to first delete the store within the original app.
Note: While deleting a store won't affect the data in Lazada, all orders, products, and associated inventory within the app will be permanently removed. Proceed with caution!

Authorization Procedure

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > Multichannel Connect. Install the app if you haven't already.

  3. Click Add store in the upper right corner.

  4. In the pop-up window, select Lazada and click Authorize.

  5. Review the authorization rules and ensure compliance, then click Next.

  6. Enter a custom store name for easy identification (it can differ from your Lazada store name). Then, click Authorize.

  7. Select the site, enter your Lazada account and password to sign in. Currently, only MY/SG/TH/VN/ID/PH/TW regions can be authorized.

  8. After successful authorization, Multichannel Connect automatically synchronizes all your Lazada products and orders from the past 90 days. To check the sync status, go to Products or Orders and click Task Center

Managing Authorized Stores

Once you've authorized your Lazada stores, you can manage them in Settings > Store Management. Here's what you can do:

  • Visit store: Click the link icon to open your Lazada store directly.
  • Edit name: Click the pencil icon to change the store name displayed within the app.
  • Re-authorize: Each channel API returns different validation time for store tokens which you can view in the Expire Date column in the store list. To avoid service disruptions, click the refresh icon to re-authorize before it expires or if you change your store login password.
  • Delete: Click the trash bin icon to remove the store from the app when you no longer need it connected.
Notes:
  • Deleting a store permanently removes all associated data within Multichannel Connect. Please proceed with caution!
  • If you have enabled the Channel orders are automatically imported into SHOPLINE feature, deleting a channel store will NOT remove previously imported orders in your SHOPLINE admin's Orders section. (SHOPLINE doesn't currently support deleting imported orders.) Re-authorizing the same channel store with the same Seller ID and importing orders with matching order numbers may create duplicate orders within SHOPLINE.
