Integrating Member System with SmartPush
You can install the SmartPush plugin from SHOPLINE's App Store to support targeted email or SMS marketing for specific customers.
Once integrated with the Member System, the levels and points information from the Member System will synchronize with SmartPush. You can use these levels to segment your customers within SmartPush or incorporate level and point details into your email marketing content.
Enabling Integration
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, click Apps from the left pane.
- Find and click the Member System App to open it if you have installed it. Click the Go to App Store button to go to SHOPLINE App Store if you haven’t installed it.
- In the Member System App, go to Integrate from the left pane.

From the Unintegrated Apps section, click the Integrate button in the SmartPush card.

In the pop-up window, take either one of the following actions:
- If you haven’t installed SmartPush, you can click Install now to open SHOPLINE App Store and install SmartPush.
- If SmartPush is already installed, simply click Integrate now to complete the integration process.
- If you haven’t installed SmartPush, you can click Install now to open SHOPLINE App Store and install SmartPush.
- You will be redirected to SmartPush to proceed with the integration. Please click here to refer to the detailed operation process for further instructions.
- If successful, the SmartPush card will appear in the Integrated Apps section.
After the initial manual synchronization, any new member data added will be automatically synchronized without your manual operation.
Membership information such as points, membership status, and membership level will be synchronized with SmartPush.
Canceling Integration
You can click on the SmartPush card and click the Cancel Integration button in the pop-up window to stop the integration with SmartPush. Member System will no longer synchronize data.
