Integrating Member System with SmartIntellect
Members System supports the integration with SmartIntellect to help build customer profiling and enhance your advertising effectiveness. After integration, Member System syncs basic customer information and membership information to SmartIntellect, allowing you to make use of customer data for advertising purposes.
Enabling Integration
Make sure that you have installed SmartIntellect. Then follow the steps below to integrate it with Member System:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, click Apps from the left pane.
- Find and click the Member System App to open it if you have installed it. Click the Go to App Store button to go to SHOPLINE App Store if you haven’t installed it.
- In the Member System App, go to Integrate from the left pane.

From the Unintegrated Apps section, click the Integration button in the SmartIntellect card.
- In the pop-up window, enter the Writer Key obtained from SmartIntellect and click Integrate.

The system will verify if your key is correct. If successful, the SmartIntellect card will appear in the Integrated Apps section.
Canceling Integration
To stop the integration with SmartIntellect, click the SmartIntellect card and click on Cancel integration in the pop-up window. Member System will no longer synchronize customer data with SmartIntellect.
