Elevating Your Livestream Engagement with Events
Holding events makes your livestreams more fun and interactive. It motivates viewers to stay engaged longer and potentially increase their purchases. Currently, there are four types of events at your disposal. Learn how to set them up in this article.

Creating an Event
Once you have created a livestream in the Live Shopping channel, follow the steps below to create an event.
- In the livestream studio, go to the Livestream tab.
- In the middle pane, switch to the Campaign tab.
- To create an event, simply click Add or Add a Campaign.
- Set up the event details and click Create.
Setting up a Lucky Draw
Create a lucky draw event to encourage interaction and attract more viewers. You can configure specific keywords, and customers who comment on your message with the keywords within the specified period of time have the chance to become winners based on the set conditions.
Set up the following for the event:
Basic Settings
- Campaign name: Enter the name of your event.
- Keywords: Specify the keywords you want your customers to comment on to participate in the event.
- Winner quota: Specify the number of winners for the event, ranging from 1 to a maximum of 500 per event.
- Campaign period: Specify how long the event will run. It is optional.
Advanced Condition (Optional)
You can also select additional entitlement criteria, such as how many friends they have to tag (minimum 1 and maximum 5), whether the customers have liked your posts, whether the customer has won anything before from the same livestream, and whether they have placed an order in your store or this livestream before.
Award
You can choose to give away products (ensure the product quantity is enough for fulfillment) or discounts as awards.

You can customize the starting, ending, and winning messages for the event.
Setting up a “Leave Comments for Discounts” Event
Send a discount voucher to the customers who comment on your message with the keywords in the shortest time.
Set up the following for the event:
Basic Settings
- Campaign name: Enter the name of your event.
- Keywords: Specify the keywords you want your customers to comment on to participate in the event.
- Winner quota: Specify the number of winners for the event, ranging from 1 to a maximum of 500 per event.
- Campaign period: Specify how long the event will run. It is optional.
Award

Setting up a “Quick Response” Event
Design your own questions and answers. Prizes will be awarded to customers who comment on the correct answers in the shortest time.

- Campaign answer: Provide the correct answer to the question.
- Winner quota: Specify the number of winners for the event, ranging from 1 to a maximum of 500 per event.
- Campaign period: Specify how long the event will run. It is optional.

Setting up a Bidding Promotion
The customer with the highest bid during the bidding promotion will be able to purchase the product with their bid.

- Starting bid: Specify the starting price for the bidding.
- Highest bid: Specify the highest price for the bidding.
- Winner quota: Specify the number of winners for the event, ranging from 1 to a maximum of 500 per event.
- Campaign period: Specify how long the event will run. It is optional.
