Showcasing Your Time-limited Campaigns with Flash Sales
Shopper App supports integration with the Flash Sales app. The campaigns you configure in Flash Sales will be showcased on your App’s product list pages, product detail pages, and product recommendation sections. Once you create a flash sales campaign, customers can view it within your app, encouraging them to purchase items on sale and boosting in-app sales.
Connecting Shopper App with Flash Sales
To enable integration with Shopper App, you first need to install the Flash Sales app in your SHOPLINE admin panel. Then Flash Sales will be available as a component in the Shopper App editor.
Setting up the Flash Sales Component in Shopper App
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Apps > Shopper App > App Design and click the Design button to access the design editor.
- From the dropdown menu at the top, select Homepage.
- Click Add Component and select the Flash Sales component under the App section.
- Set up the component:
- Select the Flash Sales campaign.
- Add a title.
- Enable/disable the countdown timer and edit the timer text.
- Decide the maximum number of products showcased in the component.
- Enable/disable the button that redirects to another page, such as the campaign landing page or other webpages.
Note: There is no limit to the number of Flash Sales components. You can add multiple Flash Sales components as needed. |
Understanding Which Campaign Configurations will be Displayed in Your App
Most campaign configurations are set up within Flash Sales. Shopper App will synchronize and display them on applicable pages of your app. Learn more about setting up campaigns within Flash Sales.
Promotion Tag
Promotion tags are attached to products, indicating they are on sale for a limited time. Below are instructions and considerations for configuring promotion tags.
- Within Flash Sales, create a new campaign or edit an existing one.
- On the campaign details page, click Edit in the Promotion tag block on the right.
- In the drawer that pops up from right, switch to the Product image tag tab and make the following configurations.

- Display promotion tag: Turn on the toggle to display tags on product images. They will then appear on the products on product list pages and product details pages within your app.
- Tag style and Tag copy: Shopper App supports only the Fixed block option at the moment. You have the flexibility to customize the text on the tag, which will be synced with Shopper App as well. Image tags are not supported.
- Color settings: Shopper App has a default color scheme (black background, white text), regardless of your configuration here.
- Display position: Shopper App displays tags in the top-right corner of product images, regardless of your selection here.
- Display on: Both Collection page and Product detail page must be selected so that Shopper App can display tags on corresponding pages in your app.
Note: If you also enable promotion tags from Conversion Booster, or system-generated discount tags resulting from you decreasing product prices occur, the Flash Dales tags will take precedence. |
Flash Sale Prices
Shopper App synchronizes and displays discount prices on the product list pages, product details pages, and cart page in your app.
Campaign landing page
Shopper App supports redirecting to the campaign landing page.
- On the campaign details page, click Edit in the Custom style block on the right.
- In the drawer that pops up from right, switch to the Activity landing page tab and make your configurations.
Promotion Banner
Shopper App supports showcasing promotion campaign banners on product details pages in your app.
- On the campaign details page, click Edit in the Custom style block on the right.
- In the drawer that pops up from right, switch to the Product detail page tab and make the following configurations.

- Promotion banner: Shopper App displays banners in your app when you turn on the toggle.
- Banner Style: Shopper App has a default banner design, regardless of your selection here.
- Display settings: If you choose to enable the progress bar, it will be displayed on the banner in your app.
- Promotion text and Redirect link: Shopper App will sync these settings.
- Color settings: Shopper App has a default color scheme (black background, white text), regardless of your configuration here.
- Banner background image: Shopper App will not sync images.
