SHOPLINE Admin Panel Overview

After you login with your account, you are in your SHOPLINE admin panel. This is the command center where you build, manage, and operate your ecommerce business. Learn how to navigate it to make smooth and efficient operations.

The Left Side Bar

The left side bar organizes the essential modules, including Orders, Products, Customers, and more. Click each to access the management page for detailed configuration and monitoring. It also provides you access to SHOPLINE App Store that helps enhance your store with an extensive ecosystem of apps, and portals to your diverse sales channel, including Facebook, Live Shopping, and others. Lastly, customize critical aspects of your store such as language, checkout and payment, and locations in Settings.

The Right Panel

The right panel serves like a dashboard. You can learn your store’s performance with real-time data, and take actions following the suggestion cards when our system intelligently identifies matters that require your attention.

The Top Bar

The top bar offers auxiliary features. You can search for features, apps or content with the search bar, switch to another store from the store selector, access SHOPLINE Help Center to learn detailed instructions and guides, stay informed about SHOPLINE updates and feature releases in the notification center, examine your store health, and manage your account details.
