Copying and Publishing Products to Channels
To publish SHOPLINE products to your sales channels, you'll need to complete two steps: duplication and publication. Duplicated products are saved as drafts and won't be published immediately. This gives you the flexibility to review and edit them before making them live.
Note: Currently, this feature is not supported for Amazon and Zalora. |
Duplicating Products
To copy SHOPLINE products to your desired channels:
-
Open the Multichannel Connect app and go to Products > SHOPLINE products.
- Duplicate products in one of two ways:
-
-
Individual Products: Click the + icon next to the desired product.
-
Bulk Duplication: Select multiple products and click Create channel product.
-
Individual Products: Click the + icon next to the desired product.
-
Choose the target stores for your products. If you've set up default templates for these stores, they'll be automatically applied. You can change the template options as needed.
- Click Confirm to start the duplication process. Please note that existing products in the target channels will be skipped.
Publishing Products
Once your products are duplicated, they'll be saved as drafts. Review and edit them as necessary before publishing:
-
In the Multichannel Connect app, go to Products > Channel products. Then, choose the channel where you want to modify and publish the copied products.
-
Go to the Drafts tab and use the filters to quickly find the desired products.
- Edit the products if necessary:
3.1 Click on the specific product. If a template or category has not been assigned, select a template or manually add a category in the pop-up window, then click OK.
3.2 Edit the product details on the page, then click Save or Publish.
-
You can also publish products from the product list. Go to the Drafts tab and click the Publish icon for the desired products.
The Status column will show the publication status of your products. If a product fails to publish, check the reason provided and troubleshoot accordingly.
