Adjustment: Transition of SHOPLINE Thailand Services to Singapore Entity

SHOPLINE is pleased to share an important update as part of our ongoing business adjustments and strategic realignment. Starting December 2024, our Thailand platform services will be managed under our Singapore entity. The following updates will take effect for Thailand merchants:

  1. Subscription Fee Currency and Subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) Adjustments
    • All subscription fees will be denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and subject to Singapore's prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST), currently set at 9% in 2024.
    • Upon the expiry of your current SaaS plan, you may renew and make payments in SGD.
  1. Continued Services from SHOPLINE Regional Team
    • Merchants operating stores in Thailand will continue receiving customer support services from our SHOPLINE Regional team.
    • Our 24/7 customer support will remain available to assist you with any inquiries.
  1. No Changes to Product Features or Storefront Operations
    • Other than the adjustments outlined above, there will be no changes to product features, operations, or your storefront.
