Accessing and Viewing the User Logs
Follow these steps to view POS user logs in your SHOPLINE admin panel:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > POS > Settings > User log.
- On the log page, use the following tools to search and filter logs as needed:

- Search: Search by Details or Operator name. Enter relevant information or keywords to locate specific logs.
- Event Filtering: Filter by operation Event, including settings, checkout, reconciliation, smart inventory management, and other related events. Each event type supports secondary filtering for more precise results.
- Time Period Filtering: Select a time range using the date picker. Note that logs are retained for up to three months based on your store's time zone settings.
- Search: Search by Details or Operator name. Enter relevant information or keywords to locate specific logs.
- Review the report, including operation time, operator, device, location, menu, event, and details. Use these insights to refine your operational strategies as necessary.
