Creating a Contact Us Page

A Contact Us page allows customers to quickly reach your business for inquiries, support, collaboration requests, or after-sales assistance. Creating a dedicated contact page can help improve customer trust and provide a more convenient communication experience.

This guide explains how to create and customize a Contact Us page using SHOPLINE’s custom page feature and contact page template.

 

 

Using the SHOPLINE Contact Page Template

To create a Contact Us page using the built-in template, follow these steps:

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Online Store > Page > Create a page.
  2. Enter a page title, such as Contact Us, then add the relevant page content in the Content section.
  3. Configure the Publish page, Search Engine Optimization, and Cover image settings as needed.

  4. In the Theme template drop-down menu, select contact.

  5. Click Add to create the page.

After the page is created, it will appear in the custom page list.

Customizing the Contact Us Page

After creating the page, you can further customize its layout and appearance through the theme editor.

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Online Store > Design.
  2. Click Design to open the theme editor.

  3. From the page selector menu, select Custom page > Contact.

  4. Customize the contact form, page sections, images, banners, or other design elements based on your store needs.

You can also use custom CSS in the theme editor to further customize the appearance of the Contact Us page, such as adjusting colors, spacing, fonts, button styles, or layout design.

Adding the Contact Us Page to Navigation

To help customers quickly access your Contact Us page, it is recommended to add the page to your store navigation menu.

  1. Go to Online Store > Navigation and select the menu you want to edit.
  2. Click + Add menu item.

  3. Enter a menu name such as Contact Us, then select the Contact Us custom page as the link destination.

  4. Click Save or Update.
