SHOPLINE now alerts you of any new orders through email notifications, without having to log in to your admin panel of your shop, which also help you process orders faster.
Setting Instructions
Enter the admin panel [Settings] > [Notifications], scroll down to find “Staff Order Notification”
- Add the emails of the employees who need to receive notifications (or use the business email set up in advance)
- Click “New Order” to enter email template editing
In the editing page, you can modify email subject, content and others altogether.
The email template is as follows:
*Note: Remember to click the Update button at the lower right corner after customizing the email template.
