Troubleshooting for Store Design Issues in Incognito Mode

When designing your store in incognito mode, your browser may block certain cookies crucial for storefront design features, hindering your ability to edit the store's frontend design. This guide is here to help you quickly fix this issue.

 

 

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Click the three-dot menu button in the browser's upper right corner and select New Incognito Window.

  2. In the new window, find the Block third-party cookies module. Toggle the switch OFF to prevent the browser from blocking third-party cookies.

  3. Refresh the store design page to resume normal use of the store design function.
