You can add or create the following policies for your SHOPLINE store:
- Refund Policy
- Terms of Service
- Shipping Policy
You can use HTML to edit the content of your store policies.
After the policies are added, they will appear in the footer of the checkout page as links.
While SHOPLINE can generate templates, it is your responsibility to comply with your published policies. Please review your policies carefully before adding them.
|Your store policy template is only available in English. If you operate your store in other languages, you will need to create your own shop policy. Please contact a local legal expert for assistance.|
Add or Create Store Policy
- In SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Settings] > [Terms and Policies].
- Enter your store policy or click Create from template to apply the default template. Use a rich-text editor to edit the style and format of your policy, and add links and images as well.
- View your policy and make changes. If you need to rewrite with the default template, click Replace with template.
- Click Update to add the policy.
When adding store policies, they will appear as links in the footer of the checkout page.
