SHOPLINE offers 2 ways to communicate with Facebook customers

Connect Facebook public page 
Add "Send message" button in Facebook public page, customers can send messages to "SHOPLINE message" through the button, you can receive/reply customers in "message" function 

Install Facebook messenger plugin to online store page
You need a Facebook account with Business Manager permissions to install. 
After successful installation, there will be a chat entry in the lower right corner of all pages of the online store, customers can initiate chats with you through the plug-in, and you can receive/reply in "SHOPLINE message" or "Facebook messenger background.
