Turn on / off the Referral management
You can use and unuse the Referral management at any time. Please make sure you have turned on the Referral management when you set the reward for the inviters and invitees.
If the dot turns green on the right side of the Referrals, or the status of the Referral management is turned on, the current Referral management rules are enabled and the rewards for the inviters and invitees are in effect.
Entrance: [Referral management] > [Current status]
You can turn off the Referral management by clicking the button off [Disabled]. After turning off the Referral management, the rewards for inviters and invitees and the referral links will be invalid.
This module will not be displayed in the customer panel. Though no more rewards will be issued to customers, the rewards that have been issued can be used normally.
Reward settings
You can set invitation rewards. After a customer successfully invites others, the inviter and the invitee can get corresponding rewards respectively.
Entrance: [Referral management] > [Reward settings] > [Rewards for inviting]&[Rewards for being invited]
Steps:
Step 1: Add a reward for inviting.
You can set the corresponding rewards for the inviter. After the invitee completes the requirements of the rules, the inviter can earn the corresponding rewards.
There are 4 types of rewards for inviting: Earn points, Percentage discount, Fixed amount, Free shipping.
Note: Only one of the above 4 invitation rewards can be set. If you want to change the reward for inviting, you need to delete the current reward and reset it. Please pay attention that previously issued invitation rewards will not be affected.
Example 1: Earn points
Once you have invited one new customer successfully, and the new customer successfully places an order/successfully subscribes/registers an account (you can choose one of the 3 conditions), the inviter will receive the corresponding points.
You can use the default icon or upload your own icon, which will be shown in the member panel.
Example 2: Percentage discount
Once you have invited one new customer successfully, and the new customer successfully places an order/successfully subscribes/registers an account (you can choose one of the 3 conditions), the inviter will receive the corresponding discount.
- Discount requirements: You can set the discount requirement according to your needs, including None, Minimum purchase amount, and Minimum quantity of items.
- Stacked discounts: You can set whether allow this discount to stack with the other discount.
- Icon: You can use the default icon or upload your own icon, which will be shown in the member panel.
Example 3: Fixed amount
Once you have invited one new customer successfully, and the new customer successfully places an order/successfully subscribes/registers an account (you can choose one of the 3 conditions), the inviter will receive the reward of fixed amount.
- Discount requirements: You can set the discount requirement according to your needs, including None, Minimum purchase amount, and Minimum quantity of items.
- Stacked discounts: You can set whether allow this discount to stack with the other discount.
- Icon: You can use the default icon or upload your own icon, which will be shown in the member panel.
Example 4: Free Shipping
Once you have invited one new customer successfully, and the new customer successfully places an order/successfully subscribes/registers an account (you can choose one of the 3 conditions), the inviter can enjoy the reward of free shipping.
- Discount requirements: You can set the discount requirement according to your needs, including None, Minimum purchase amount, and Minimum quantity of items.
- Stacked discounts: You can set whether allow this discount to stack with the other discount.
- Icon: You can use the default icon or upload your own icon, which will be shown in the member panel.
Step 2: Add Invited Rewards
You can set corresponding rewards for the invitees, and the invitees can enjoy the specific discount you set, which can be automatically enjoyed when shopping and placing an order.
There are 3 types of rewards for invitees: Percentage discount, Fixed amount, and Free shipping.
Note: Only one of the above 3 invitation rewards can be set. If you want to change the reward for the invitee, you need to delete the current reward and reset it. Please pay attention that previously issued invitation rewards will not be affected.

- Icon: You can use the default icon or upload your own icon, which will be shown in the member panel.
Referral link settings
You can set the shared link of a customer’s invitation.
Entrance: [Referral management] > [Referral link] - [Edit]
Steps: By default, the URL link address is set as the home page of the store. You can change the URL according to your needs and save it after modification.
Social Media settings
Customers can share referral links via Facebook, Twitter, and email. You can set a custom message of customers to share right here.
Steps:
- You can tick Facebook, Twitter, and Email.
- Facebook doesn't allow apps to set up custom messages. When customers recommend a link in this way, the system will warn them to add a message.
- The default information for Twitter and email can be entered here.
- You can also customize the icon of the email, which will be shown in the member panel.
Email push
You can set up automatic push emails to customers in specific scenarios. You can quickly set whether the email push is triggered for scenarios, such as invitations and recommendations, in the recommendation management page.
- Turn on/off the email push: Tick the checkbox in front of the email scene to set the email on/off.
- If you want to edit any email, please hover over the specific email and click [edit] to enter the email editing page.
- Click [View more] to get into the email push page.
