  • Level threshold: You can set a threshold for this level based on the amount of a customer's single purchase or cumulative purchase, as well as select the time range of the statistics in the basic settings.

    • Note: After you modified the transaction amount of the level threshold, the level will be recalculated for all users, which may affect customers at the current level. If their spending does not reach the new threshold you have set, they will be downgraded.
  • Member level lock-in rule: You can set a level lock-in amount for the current level, when calculating the level, the customer will not be downgraded if the spending amount meets your guaranteed amount
    • Note: “Member level lock-in rule” only shows when you have turned it on in the “Basic setting”.

2. Level threshold

You can set standards for upgrading and choose the standard of either Consumption amount each time or Accumulated consumption amount.

    • Accumulated in history: Default state. Calculate member level based on the user's accumulated transaction amount.

3. Downgrade rules

Setting membership level downgrading rules can stimulate users to stay active in the shop.

There are two types of downgrade rules:

  • Downgrade validity
    • The level is permanently valid.
    • Downgrade after 1 calendar year. (Membership level can be maintained for 1 year from the acquisition day.)
    • Custom validity period.
  • Downgrade of transaction amount
    • Insufficient consumption amount due to refunds and other reasons, the member will be downgraded automatically.

4. Member level lock-in rule

If you set Downgrade validity, you can also set the Member level lock-in rule to stimulate users to spend to keep the level.

member_level_lock_in_rule.png

When you set the Member level lock-in rule, you can set the Member level lock-in standard and the Extended length of the validity period:

  • Member level lock-in standard: Users will not be downgraded when the single consumption amount or the accumulated consumption amount within the validity period of the level reaches the current level guarantee standard.
  • Extended length of validity period: The period of time when a customer's rank is extended after locking the level successfully.

Once you have set up the Member level lock-in rule, you also need to set the amount required for each level of membership to be guaranteed in each level setting.
