Installing the App
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Apps > Go to App Store.

Search for the TikTok Multi Pixel Installation app and click Install.

Click Authorize and Install to complete the installation.
Creating a Pixel in TikTok Ads Manager

Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager. In the top navigation bar, click Tools and select Events.

Click the Connect data source button in the upper left corner. In the pop-up window, select Web and click Next.

Enter your website URL and click Next.

To create a pixel, select Manual setup.

Choose TikTok Pixel + Events API and click Next.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete all the setup steps:
6.1 Enter your pixel name and click Create.
6.2 The system will automatically install the base code for you. Click Next.
6.3 Configure settings as needed, then click Next.
6.4 Click Switch to custom code.
6.5 Under Choose a template, select E-commerce. Set up your business funnels, events, and parameters as needed, then click Next.
6.6 No code needs to be copied at this time. Click Next.
6.7 Choose a method to verify your pixel event installation. After verifying the event installation, click Next.
6.8 Copy the Pixel ID on this page for later use, then click Next.
6.9 Click Go to Test events to confirm that your event setup is properly configured, then click Finish.
Adding a TikTok Pixel ID to SHOPLINE
- Return to the TikTok Multi Pixel Installation app and click Add.
- In the pop-up window, enter the required information:

- Paste the Pixel ID you copied earlier and enter the pixel name.
- Choose whether to set this pixel globally or for a specific category.
- Enable Event API and/or Start Advanced Matching as needed.
- Click Save to successfully add the pixel.
Verifying TikTok Pixel ID Installation
You can use three methods to verify if your installed pixel is working correctly:
Using TikTok Pixel Helper (Chrome plugin)
- Install the TikTok Pixel Helper Chrome extension.

Navigate to your store website. The TikTok Pixel Helper will automatically detect and display information about any successfully installed pixels.
Common Prompts in the TikTok Pixel Helper: - Correct installation: The Pixel name and event count will be displayed.
- Triggered events: Event rules will be visible; if not triggered, they will remain hidden.
- Incorrect installation: A warning message will appear, advising you to modify the pixel installation.
- Duplicate Installation: A warning message will appear, recommending that the pixel be installed only once.
- Load timeout: A warning message will appear, suggesting installation of the pixel in the head section.

Yes, a pixel can be bound to multiple stores (including multiple SHOPLINE stores), which is convenient for merchants to advertise and track operations more conveniently. However, currently TikTok does not officially support data statistics from different store sources, and all tracking data will be mixed together for statistics.

What are the trigger points of different events?
Currently, TikTok Pixel supports 7 events for tracking and reporting. The specific reporting time is as follows:

- Page view: page loading
- View Content: When product details are exposed, including product details page and Quick view.
- Add to Cart: When the product is added to the shopping cart, click the Add Purchase, Check Out, PayPal buttons (product list/quick view/product details).
- Initiate Checkout: When entering/initializing the checkout page.
- Add Payment Info: Click the button to pay, including Complete Order/PayPal payment, etc.
- Complete Payment: The order is completed when the thank you page is first loaded.
