The multi-platform comment collection application supports gathering product reviews from four major platforms: AliExpress, Shopify, Amazon, and Shoplazza. With just a few simple clicks, you can easily import these comments into your SHOPLINE stores. The Multi-platform comment collection application helps you to address the following common challenges:

Comment Collection Process
To import comments into your SHOPLINE stores using the Multi-channel Reviews Importer application, simply follow these steps:
- Visit the SHOPLINE App Store and install the Multi-channel Reviews Importer plugin.
- Follow the instructions on the app page to install the Chrome plugin: click Install to jump to the Chrome Web Store and install Reviews Collector.
- Start collecting comments
- Open the product detail page where you want to collect comments: Use the Chrome plugin on AliExpress, Amazon, Shopify, and Shoplazza product detail pages. Make sure you have the SHOPLINE admin panel in your browser and are logged in to the store where you want to collect comments.
- Start collecting: Select the store products for comment collection and indicate the quantity, ratings, and whether they include images. You can import comments individually or opt for multiple selections to import.
If you check the box for No need to review after crawling, import directly, the collected comments will be imported directly into the product reviews for your store. If unchecked, you can perform an import audit after collection. - Click Collect comments to start the collection process.
Please refrain from switching web pages while the collection process is ongoing. Kindly wait for the collection to be completed.
Comment Management Process
To proceed with the below process, please install Product Review from SHOPLINE App Store.
After completing the import process with the Chrome plugin, you can go back to SHOPLINE Admin > Apps > Product Review.
Go to Home > the Product Review tab to view the imported comments.
FAQs
Q1: Why does the message "The current page cannot be collected, please try another page" appear after opening the plugin?
The collection process is only supported on product detail pages of AliExpress, Shopify, Amazon, and Shoplazza stores. The plugin can't collect comments from other pages. Our application is compatible with popular Shopify comment management plugins such as Product Review, Judge Me, Stamped.io Reviews & UGC, LOOX, Yotpo Product Reviews & Photos, Ryviu Product Reviews App & QA, Areviews - Reviews Importer, Fera Product Reviews App, Okendo: Product Reviews & UGC, and Editorify - Product Reviews. However, certain stores may have installed the comment plugin but are unable to collect comments. If you encounter this issue, please reach out to our client support team for assistance. If you have installed the plugin for the first time, please refresh the web page and retry the comment collection process.
Q2: Why is the plugin showing no shop connected?
To connect the plugin to your store and access its features, you need to log in to the admin panel of your store using a browser. Once logged in, you can search for products and import their comments. If you are logged into several stores, you can choose the store from which you want to import comments.
Q3: Why did I select to collect 100 comments, but only obtained 50?
There are two possible scenarios. First, the product detail page may have a maximum limit of 50 comments available. Second, after collecting 100 comments, any that do not meet the selected filtering criteria (such as ratings or presence of comments) will be filtered out. Currently, the Amazon platform allows for a maximum of 100 comments to be collected. Any comments beyond that limit would require manual searching to view.
Q4: Can I collect comments for the same product multiple times?
No, the application does not allow importing duplicate comments in a single collection. However, you can restart the collection process after completing a previous import to collect and import comments again.
Q5: What should I do if the web page has a domain suffix other than .com (e.g., .ru) and can't be collected?
You can change the corresponding suffix, such as .ru, to .com and refresh the web page to proceed with the collection process. If you want to collect comments in the original language of that region, you can check the option shown in the image below to translate them into English.
Q6: Why can't I find my products on the AliExpress page?
It could be due to spaces in your search query. Make sure to remove any spaces when searching for your products.
