Template Instructions

- SHOPLINE uses CSV files to manage the bulk import and export of a large number of products; CSV has the advantage of being able to store a large amount of data in a small file size.
- SHOPLINE is only able to identify CSV files with the correct format now. As a special data storage file format, CSV files can not be opened correctly in some versions of Microsoft Excel. Please use a professional CSV editor or WPS software to edit and save the file to avoid damage to the file format and prevent the unsmooth import of product information.
- Please do not modify the content and order of the fields in the first row of the template file. Modifying or changing the order of the table headers in the first row may cause SHOPLINE to fail to recognize the content of the uploaded form, resulting in the failure of the import of product information.
Description of the fields of the product information import form
- Fields marked with * is required
- Please strictly obey the specifications for entering product information to avoid failure in the bulk import of products.
- When overriding updates, SHOPLINE will cover any existing products with the same handle, and the existing values will be used for any missing columns.
E.g. If the Brand value of an existing product is Apple, but the imported CSV file has an empty Brand column for the corresponding product, the brand information of the product will be covered with empty after importing.

The tag for describing product type and calculating the tax rate of the product in the USA. This tag must be selected from a predefined list of product category criteria. Enter a standard product category in any of the following ways:
