Stores can use the Messenger function, the next wave of functions to customers, and notify customers during the live broadcast, so that customers will not start to have any store event information! 1. Go to Meta Business Suite.
2. In the Business Suite, select All tools > Page settings.
3. Select Advanced messaging and scroll down to "Requested features", then select One-time notification and click Submit For Review.
4. After clicking the button, click Agree to Facebook's request and the checkbox will turn from blank to green.
