In-store Pickup Setting Guide

 

You can enable the in-store pickup to provide a pickup service for local customers. Before officially promoting and operating your store, you need to determine the inventory location for the pickup service, products that support in-store pickup, and information display method during customer checkout. Once in-store pickup is set, local customers can successfully place and pick up their orders.

Setup Entry Point

 

You can access the in-store pickup setup section in the following two methods:

  1. For newly created stores, from your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Guide for opening your store > Configure logistics > Set up shipping.
  2. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Settings > Shipping & Delivery > In-store pickup.

 


 

Adding Location

 

For newly created stores, you need to add available pickup locations. Go to Settings > Location > and click Add location button on the upper right corner. 

SHOPLINE automatically creates a default address, but to ensure your store's performance, modify the location first.

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, click Settings > Shipping & Delivery > In-store pickup > Location settings.
  2. Click Add a location or click the location you want to edit.
  3. Edit the relevant location information.
  4. Click Add or Update to save the changes.

 


 

Setting Up In-store Pickup

 

After setting up inventory locations, configure the in-store pickup.

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, click Settings > Shipping & Delivery > In-store pickup.
  2. Select the location that supports in-store pickup, and click Edit.
  3. Check This location supports in-store pickup.
  4. Set the information displayed during checkout. Select Estimated pickup time and preview the Checkout preview below.
  5. Click Update to complete the setup.

 


 

Change or Disable Pickup Location

 

From your SHOPLINE admin panel, click Settings > Location, and select the location you want to modify or disable.

  • To change the pickup location, modify the relevant address information. Click Update to save the changes.

To deactivate a pickup location, click Disable, then click Update to save the changes.
