The B2B & Wholesale Solution app enables you to create tiered pricing plans, offering discounts for bulk purchases. This strategy encourages customers to increase their order quantities, leading to higher sales and faster inventory turnover.

This article will guide you through configuring a tiered pricing plan. Once set up, product prices will automatically adjust when a customer's order reaches the specified quantity thresholds.

Essential Tips for Setting Up Tiered Pricing

When setting up tiered pricing, keep the following key points in mind:

• Define Minimum Order Quantities and Prices: Specify the minimum purchase quantity and corresponding price for each tier. The minimum quantity for the first tier will be the smallest amount customers can purchase. For example, if you want the minimum purchase quantity to be 1, set the tier price for a minimum quantity of 1.
• Configure Up to Five Tiers: You can set up to five quantity tiers. Each subsequent tier must have a higher minimum quantity than the previous one.
• Determine Quantity Basis: The minimum purchase quantity for each tier can be based on the quantity of a single product or across all variants of the product.

Setting Up Tiered Pricing for Individual Products

1. In the app, go to the Product tab and select the desired product.

   

2. Enable Transaction settings, then select Tiered price based on quantity under Price settings.

   

3. Configure the following settings:

  • Minimum order unit setting: Define the measurement unit (e.g., pieces, kilograms).
  • Tiered price settings: Set minimum order quantities and prices for each tier. Refer to the key points above before setting up.
  • RRP (MSRP):  Enter the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price.
  • Product list page tiered price display method: Select how tiered pricing appears on the product list page.
  • Purchase by: Choose between selling by piece or by batch. If selling by batch, specify the batch quantity.
  • Minimum purchase amount applied to: Decide whether tiered pricing applies at the product or variant level.
  • Ways to purchase: Select to enable bulk purchasing.

4. Click Update to save the settings.

Setting Up Tiered Pricing for Multiple Products

1. In the app, go to the Product tab and select the products for which you want to bulk create a tiered pricing plan.

   

2. Click the Transaction Information Settings button.

   

3. In the pop-up window, select Tiered price based on quantity under Price settings. 

   

4. Configure the following settings:
