Authorizing Your SHOPLINE 2.0 Store
Our solution enhances your ability to manage multiple SHOPLINE 2.0 stores by seamlessly integrating them into a unified platform. By authorizing your other SHOPLINE 2.0 stores for Multichannel Connect, you can effortlessly synchronize and manage inventory, products, and orders across all your stores. This enables you to import your secondary store’s orders and automatically update relevant data across your entire network of stores — all in one place. With this centralized approach, you gain full visibility of your sales and customer data, streamline operations, and leverage a shared inventory pool, maximizing business efficiency and improving decision-making.

Supported Features Under This Authorization
By authorizing your SHOPLINE 2.0 store via Multichannel Connect, you'll gain access to key features and functionalities that enhance your store’s multichannel capabilities. The following are the current features supported under this authorization, designed to streamline your store management and improve cross-platform engagement.

How to Authorize a SHOPLINE 2.0 Store
- Install the Multichannel Connect app.
- Go to Apps > Multichannel Connect > Settings > Store Management, and click Add store.
- Select the SHOPLINE channel, and click Authorize.
- Confirm that your store meets the following authorization requirements, and click Next.
- Only SHOPLINE 2.0 stores can be authorized
- Ensure your store is in active status
- Enter the Store name and Store URL, and click Authorize.
- In the new popup window of your secondary store, you would need to read through the permissions and agree to the Privacy Policy in order to install Multichannel Connect authorization, by selecting Authorize and Install.
- After successful authorization, you can then switch on “Order Import” so as to start importing your channel orders from MCC into SHOPLINE. For more information, please refer to Order and Customer Management. You can track the synchronization progress in the Task Center under Orders.
Note: Please note that this feature is currently available only to whitelisted users. If you are interested in using it, kindly reach out to our team for us to whitelist your store. |
Managing Authorized Stores
Once authorized, you can view and manage your SHOPLINE 2.0 store details in Settings > Store Management. Options include:
- Modify Name: Click the pencil icon to edit the store name displayed in the app.
- Re-authorize: Click the refresh icon to restart the authorization process.
- Delete: Click the trash bin icon to remove the store from the app if it is no longer needed.
