POS: New Forced Close Notifications for Store Registers

We've updated the POS system to enhance communication during forced close procedures. Now, when a register initiates a forced close, all other registers in the same store will receive a pop-up notification, alerting staff that the store has switched to the off-duty status. This ensures timely awareness and appropriate action.
