Discounts are a powerful marketing tool to boost sales on your SHOPLINE store. SHOPLINE offers various discount options, such as discount codes and automatic discounts, enabling you to create over 100 unique discount combinations to suit your business needs. You can also customize the appearance of discounts to attract more customers.

Discount Types

Choose from a range of discount types, including:

• Amount Discounts: Offer a fixed discount amount in your store's currency.
• Percentage Discounts: Offer a percentage discount on the product price.
• Buy X Get Y Discounts: Offer a free or discounted item when customers purchase a specified quantity or value.
• Free Shipping Discounts: Offer free shipping for orders that meet certain conditions.
• Threshold-Free Discounts: Apply discounts without requiring a minimum purchase amount.
• Nth Item Discounts: Offer discounts on additional items after purchasing a certain quantity.
• Multiple Item Discounts: Offer discounts when customers purchase multiple items.

Targeting Options

You can specify the sales channels and market regions where discounts will apply. Customers can enter discount codes in their shopping cart or during checkout, while automatic discounts are applied based on predefined conditions. If you're using SHOPLINE POS, ensure the POS channel is enabled for discounts to take effect.

Managing Discounts
