Authorizing Your TikTok Shop
Multichannel Connect (MCC) enables seamless integration between your TikTok Shop account and your SHOPLINE store, helping you streamline operations through a unified system. Once connected, MCC allows for real-time synchronization of product data, inventory levels, and order information between both channels — all managed within a centralized dashboard.
By authorizing your TikTok Shop for MCC, you can:
- Automatically sync product listings and pricing across TikTok Shop and SHOPLINE
- Leverage a shared inventory pool to reduce the risk of overselling and minimize manual inventory updates
- Manage fulfillment and order cancellations directly from your SHOPLINE store
- Gain comprehensive visibility into sales performance and customer data across both platforms
This centralized, multichannel approach simplifies your workflow, enhances operational efficiency, and empowers you to make smarter, data-driven business decisions.
Important Notes Before You Start
- Supported regions: Currently, TikTok channel authorization is available for stores located in Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
- Unlimited shops: You can authorize as many TikTok Shops as necessary to connect with your SHOPLINE Multichannel Connect app.
- Network and device consistency: For a smoother authorization process, we recommend using the same network and computer you typically use to access your TikTok account.
- Unique connection: Each TikTok Shop can only be authorized for one SHOPLINE Multichannel Connect app at a time. To connect to a different SHOPLINE store, you must first delete the shop within the original app.
| Note: While deleting a TikTok Shop will not affect the data within TikTok itself, all orders, products, and associated inventory data within the Multichannel Connect app will be permanently removed. Please proceed with caution! |

How to Authorize a TikTok Shop
-
From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > Multichannel Connect. Install the app if you haven't already.
-
In the app, go to Settings and click Store management.
-
Click Add store in the upper-right corner.
-
In the pop-up window, select TikTok Shop and click Authorize.
-
Confirm that your shop account is in a supported region, then click Next.
-
Select your TikTok Shop region and enter a custom shop name. This name is for easy identification and management within Multichannel Connect and can be different from your TikTok Shop name. Then, click Authorize.
-
You will be redirected to your Tiktok Shop login page. Enter your account credentials to log in.
-
Upon successful authorization, Multichannel Connect will automatically synchronize all your TikTok products and orders from the past 30 days. To check the synchronization status, go to Products or Orders and click Task Center.
Managing Authorized Shops
Once you have authorized your TikTok Shops, you can manage them by navigating to Settings > Store Management. Here's what you can do:
- Edit name: Click the pencil icon to change the shop name displayed within the app.
- Re-authorize: Each channel API provides a different validation period for shop tokens, which you can view in the Expire date column in the shop list. To prevent service disruptions, click the refresh icon to re-authorize your shop before the token expires or if you change your shop login password.
- Delete: Click the trash bin icon to remove the shop from the app when you no longer need it connected.
| Note: As the SHOPLINE admin currently does not support deleting orders, if you have enabled the Automatically import channel orders to SHOPLINE feature in Multichannel Connect's Settings > Order settings, deleting a connected shop will NOT remove previously imported orders from the Orders section of your SHOPLINE admin. Re-authorizing the same shop with the same Seller ID and importing orders with matching order numbers may create duplicate orders within SHOPLINE. Please proceed with caution! |
