Integrating ShipHero with SHOPLINE via OneConnect (Limited Access)
ShipHero is a cloud-based fulfillment platform that centralizes orders, inventory, and shipments in one dashboard. To integrate ShipHero with SHOPLINE, you’ll need to install the OneConnect app from your SHOPLINE admin panel. This integration enables you to:
- Sync Orders: Automatically or manually sync orders from your SHOPLINE store to ShipHero.
- Sync Shipping Status: Sync shipping statuses and tracking numbers from ShipHero back to your SHOPLINE store.

Installing and Connecting the OneConnect App
To connect your SHOPLINE store with ShipHero, follow these steps to install the OneConnect app and link your account:
- Go to the SHOPLINE App Store and search for OneConnect.

Click Install to authorize and complete the installation.
Tip: You can optionally pin the app to the Apps section of your admin panel for quick access. -
Open the app, enter your ShipHero account information, and click Confirm to complete the connection.
Syncing Orders Between SHOPLINE and ShipHero
Automatic Order Sync
After installing the OneConnect app and linking your ShipHero account, the system will automatically sync orders from the past 7 days. This includes unpaid, paid, and cash-on-delivery (COD) orders.
Manual Order Sync
You can also manually sync orders by entering order numbers or selecting a specific date range. To do so:

In the Sync orders manually section, locate Update type and select New order from the drop-down menu.

Under Order range, choose one of the following methods:

Sync by order number: Select 1 or more order numbers and enter the relevant order numbers, separated by commas.

Sync by creation date range: Select Batch update by order creation date and define a custom date range. You can sync up to 7 days of order data at a time.

Sync by order number: Select 1 or more order numbers and enter the relevant order numbers, separated by commas.
- Click Confirm to initiate the sync.
Manually Updating Synced Orders
If an order synced to ShipHero is later modified in SHOPLINE (e.g., a change in the shipping address or an order adjustment), you can manually update and resync the order to ShipHero, either individually or in bulk:

In the Sync orders manually section, locate Update type and select Order information update from the drop-down menu.

Under Order range, choose one of the following methods:

Update by order number: Select 1 or more order numbers and enter the relevant order numbers, separated by commas.

Update by creation date range: Select Batch update by order creation date and define a custom date range. You can sync up to 7 days of order data at a time.

- Click Confirm to update the orders.
Syncing Shipping Status from ShipHero to SHOPLINE
To ensure your SHOPLINE order statuses reflect the latest shipping information from ShipHero, use the Shipping status update feature. This keeps your order statuses and tracking information up to date in SHOPLINE and visible on the order page, allowing your customers to stay informed about their deliveries. To update shipping status:

In the Sync order manually section, locate Update type and select Shipping status from the drop-down menu.

Under Order range, choose one of the following methods:

Update by order number: Select 1 or more order numbers and enter the relevant order numbers, separated by commas.

Update by creation date range: Select Batch update by order creation date and define a custom date range. You can sync up to 7 days of order data at a time.

Reviewing Sync Results
Once the sync is complete, the Sync details section will display the results of each sync attempt, helping you review and resolve any order issues efficiently.
