Important Notice: Store Deactivation and Data Retention

To further enhance data security and personal information protection, SHOPLINE is adjusting its store data management policy. All stores that have been deactivated for more than one year and have not been reactivated will be automatically deleted by the system. This adjustment aims to optimize data lifecycle management, reduce potential security risks associated with long-inactive accounts, and ensure ongoing compliance with data regulations and user privacy protection laws.

Scope of Impact

• If you have a store that has been deactivated for more than a year, you will receive a reminder email regarding your store’s upcoming deactivation. The store will be automatically deleted 60 days after the email is sent.
• Once the store is deleted, you will no longer be able to access the store or its associated order, customer, and product data. Please back up your data in advance to prevent data loss.

How to Retain Your Store Data

Please follow the steps below to retain your store data: 

Step 1: Log in to the store management backend (or click on the store handle in the email).

1. Access the SHOPLINE Merchant Login Page.
2. Enter your registered email and password. If you forget your password, you can click on Forgot Password to reset it.

Step 2: Renew your subscription plan.

1. After logging into the admin panel, click to enter your store.
2. Choose the appropriate plan.
3. Complete the payment process, and the system will automatically lift the deactivation status and continue to retain your store data.
   

After successfully renewing your subscription plan:

• All store data (products, orders, customer information, etc.) will continue to be retained.
• You will receive an email confirmation.

1. Why did I receive the "Your store will be deactivated soon" email even though I have active stores on SHOPLINE?
    

   Your email address may be linked to multiple stores, and some of those stores may have been deactivated for over a year. You can log into the SHOPLINE admin panel and filter the store list to confirm.
